You must read and understand these key terms before registering for NurseNow. Your registration constitutes acceptance of all terms.
Platform Exclusivity: All nursing services must be booked and paid through the NurseNow platform. Any arrangements made outside the platform are strictly prohibited and not covered by our insurance, dispute resolution, or quality assurance programs.
Key Points for Patients:
- Email is optional - you can login with phone number
- Provide accurate medical information for appropriate care
- Create a safe environment for nurses
- Not an emergency service - call 0701 387 577 for emergencies
- All bookings must be made through the NurseNow platform
Key Points for Nurses:
- Must have valid Nursing Council of Kenya license
- Email is required for professional communication
- You are independent contractors, not employees
- Payments are processed bi-monthly (1st-15th and 16th-end of month)
- 20% platform fee applies to all completed bookings
- Do not solicit or accept arrangements outside the platform
Payment Terms: NurseNow charges a 20% service fee on all completed bookings. Payments to nurses are processed bi-monthly. Refunds follow a structured policy based on cancellation timing.
